"Development Team Needed: Android Remote Device Management MVP (scrcpy + Stripe/[login to view URL] + Electron)

I need a development team to finish an in-progress project for remote control of Android devices from PC.

MVP Scope:

- Backend (Node.js/Express)
- JWT auth, RBAC, secure WebSocket/device sessions
- Device lifecycle (online/offline, heartbeats, session start/stop)
- CRUD for devices/orders/rentals
- Payments: Stripe + [login to view URL] (crypto) with webhook verification
- Rate limiting, logging, backups

Android Agent (Kotlin)

- Foreground service, reconnect/heartbeat
- scrcpy integration: mirroring + input injection, bitrate/resolution control
- MediaProjection fallback (non-root)
- OTA updates, anti-debug, obfuscation

Desktop Client (Windows)

- Electron app: login, show assigned device(s), scrcpy mirroring/control
- Settings: resolution/bitrate, start/stop, reconnect

Admin Web

- Login + 2FA, manage devices, orders, payments

Acceptance Criteria:

- 50 devices online/responsive for 7 days
- User can pay via Stripe or [login to view URL] → rental auto-activates
- Electron app streams device (~30 fps, 720p LAN) and accepts input
- RBAC + rate limits enforced, logs & backups working

Requirements:

- scrcpy integration experience (server/client, H.264 stream, input)
- Strong Node.js/Express, Electron, Kotlin skills
- Security best practices (JWT refresh, 2FA, webhook verification, obfuscation)
- Milestone-based delivery with weekly demos

Timeline & Budget:

- MVP delivery in 6–8 weeks
- Milestone payments (fixed per milestone preferred)
