Project description:
"I have an existing Cognex VisionPro Designer application that runs smoothly for several inspections, but a new section of our production line now requires full automation. Specifically, I need an additional Job added to the current project that focuses on object detection for industrial components.

The task involves creating and configuring this new Job inside Designer so it plugs into the present workflow without breaking any of the running routines. All camera parameters, tool blocks, and pass/fail logic have to follow the same standards already established in the project, yet be fully self-contained so it can later be enabled or disabled independently.

You will receive:
• The current .vpp / .cdp project files and a short video of the line for context
• A list of typical component images for training and validation

Deliverables I expect:
1. Updated Cognex Designer project with the new “Object Detection – Industrial Components” Job fully implemented and enabled.
2. Commented logic or annotation inside Designer explaining each critical step and tool setting.
3. A brief hand-off note (PDF or DOCX) describing how to adjust thresholds and where the Job is linked in the runtime sequence.

Acceptance criteria
• Job loads without errors on our test PC running VisionPro Designer 5.2
• Detection accuracy ≥ 98 % on the supplied validation set
• No performance degradation of existing inspections beyond 5 ms per cycle
