"My self-hosted Chatwoot instance needs a visual overhaul and a direct bridge to our CRM. The current interface feels dated; I want it refreshed with a clean, modern design that sits naturally on top of the existing React components without breaking any of the core Ruby on Rails logic. Colors, typography, and layout should follow contemporary SaaS patterns while remaining fully aligned with Chatwoot’s design conventions so future upgrades stay painless.

Alongside the facelift, the platform must exchange data seamlessly with our CRM system—contact sync, conversation history, deal creation, and note updates in near-real time. A secure, well-documented API connection (webhooks, OAuth where applicable) is essential, and any new settings should appear in Chatwoot’s admin panel for non-technical staff to adjust.

• Refactored front-end with the agreed modern style applied across inbox, conversation, and settings views
• Fully operational CRM integration, tested for bidirectional data flow and error handling

3. All changes survive a standard Chatwoot upgrade path (git pull, bundle install, yarn install, rails db:migrate).
