"We are looking for a talented Webflow designer and developer to help us redesign the website for 3Dale, our architectural visualization studio. Our current site is built on WordPress and hosted on Bluehost, but we are now ready to transition to Webflow and refresh our visual identity, portfolio, and user experience.

We’ve created a Preliminary Web Design Proposal (PDF), which serves as a conceptual starting point. It includes layout ideas, scroll dynamics, and animation references to communicate the overall direction we’re aiming for. However, this proposal should be seen as a flexible foundation. We’re open to your creative ideas, improvements, and design solutions that can elevate the final result.

We will also provide our brand guidelines, including typography, color palette, and tone, which must be applied consistently across the entire site.

ABOUT US:

3Dale is an architectural visualization studio focused on clients in the United States. We work with architects, real estate developers, and construction companies, delivering high-end visuals such as:

- Static renders
- 360 degree virtual tours
- Cinematic architectural videos

Our current site does not reflect the updated quality of our portfolio, which is why we are rebuilding it from scratch.

PROJECT SCOPE:

- Design and develop a new scroll-driven onepage site in Webflow
- Sections include: Home, Services, Works, About Us, Work Process, FAQ
- Modern layout with smooth scroll-based transitions and interactions
- Fully responsive design (desktop and mobile)
- Scroll effects (fade, parallax, scaling) where appropriate
- Contact button that opens the user’s email client (no contact form needed)
- Webflow CMS recommended for managing and updating the portfolio
- Optional integration with Google Analytics
- We will provide all images, videos, and virtual tours (videos are still in progress)
- Text content should be refined based on your design flow and structure
- We do not have a Webflow account yet, so the freelancer should handle setup, implementation, and publishing

FUTURE WORK:

If this project goes well, we will begin the design and development of a second onepage website for TYPE, a sister company to 3Dale. Both websites will be independent scroll-based onepages.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience designing and developing custom Webflow sites
- Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and scroll-based animation
- Ability to propose visual improvements based on the initial concept
- Portfolio that includes visually compelling Webflow projects
- Experience with scroll-based UI and UX design
- Comfortable working asynchronously through chat, with occasional calls if needed
- Attention to detail and ability to transform a base concept into a polished result

BUDGET & TIMELINE:

We haven’t defined a fixed budget for this project. We’re open to reviewing proposals based on the scope of work, design quality, and your experience. Please feel free to suggest a budget that reflects the value you can bring to this project.

There is no strict deadline, but ideally we’d like to publish the site within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your availability and the finalization of video assets.
