"I’m building a mobile application that lets people get discounts at physical locations, tap an NFC tag on-site to log the discount on the app. Once I enter an address (or drop a lat/long), the map should update in seconds across both iOS and Android builds.

Account creation must require both email and phone verification, and the system has to block duplicates so each person can hold only one active profile. After sign-in, a user can see locations, get deals, and post reviews that appear publicly right under the location listing.

NFC compatibility is essential: when a user taps the tagged sticker at a venue, the app should log the discount.

Monetisation comes later. The first release will be free, but the architecture needs room for a subscription layer—think paywalls, promo codes, and Stripe or in-app purchase hooks that can be toggled on without a full rebuild.
