About the Project
I need a real estate investor website built on WordPress + Elementor with two conversion funnels: one for cash buyers and one for motivated sellers.

This is not a generic site - experience with “sell your house fast” / investor sites and cash buyer signup funnels is required.

The build must be clean, minimal but high-impact, focused on lead capture and smooth UX.

3. Buyers Landing Page (build this FIRST!)
4. Buyer Questionnaire (long-form intake; reached via redirect after short form)
5. Sellers Landing Page (build this SECOND)

Key Flow Requirements
• Short lead form → auto-redirect → long questionnaire for both buyers and sellers.
• Short forms collect only essentials (e.g., name, phone, email; for sellers include property address).
• No “wholesale” wording on public pages.
• Optional self-scheduling embed can live on the seller’s questionnaire. (Link my Calendy)

Functionality
• Built with WordPress + Elementor (Pro or a comparable form solution like Gravity Forms/WS Form).
• Auto-redirect logic after short-form submit to the correct questionnaire page.
• Email notifications to me on every submission.
• (Preferred) Google Sheet logging via plugin/no-code.
• Thank-You/Confirmation pages for tracking.
• SEO basics: titles, meta, H1s, clean slugs, alt text.
• Mobile-first performance: image compression, caching, lean layout.
• Security/SSL and basic backups.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning WordPress site with the Buyers funnel delivered first, then Sellers funnel, then remaining pages.
• Working forms, redirects, notifications, and (if included) Google Sheet capture.
• Basic SEO + speed best practices.
• Handoff with admin access and a quick loom on how to edit forms/blocks.

What I’ll Provide
