Project Description:

We are looking for a developer to build an MVP dispatch coordination system that runs fully on WhatsApp or Telegram (no standalone app). The platform will connect drivers (requesters) with roadside service providers (e.g., tyre breakdown assistants) in real time.

Core Requirements (MVP):

Driver sends request (photo, video, voice, and location) via WhatsApp/Telegram.

Backend automatically dispatches job to nearby service providers (based on pre-set or shared live location).

Service providers can mark In Service / Not in Service.

Communication between driver and provider relayed via platform number (no personal numbers exchanged).

Customer service dashboard to monitor all requests and step in if needed.

Status tracking (On the way → Job done).

Automatic generation of a simple job report.

What we need from you:

Your proposed approach (WhatsApp Business API or Telegram Bot API).
