"I need an Android application that silently monitors every incoming SMS and MMS, forwards each message to one preset mobile number, then pushes the same data to a remote database. The app must capture the full text, sender, time stamp, and—when it’s an MMS—any media details or file references, then send them on without user intervention.

The forwarding target (phone number) and the remote-database endpoint should be editable from a simple settings screen; everything else runs in the background and survives device reboots. I’m fine with Java or Kotlin as long as the project builds cleanly in Android Studio and complies with current Google permission policies (Android 10–14). Use whatever secure method you prefer—REST, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.—to get the records off the phone and into the remote store; just document the API so I can plug it into my existing backend.

• Signed release APK ready for sideloading
• Brief setup guide covering permissions, API keys, and database schema
• One-page test report showing successful forwarding of both SMS and MMS to the remote database and the destination number
