Project description:
"I want to build a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) that acts as a hub for people to list animals for sale or adoption. The app should be smooth, modern, and publish-ready (not just a prototype). Here are the requirements:

Login / Signup System

Users can sign up or log in using Email, Phone Number, or Facebook.

For Email and Phone login, a verification code (OTP) will be sent, which the user must enter.

Option for “Remember Me” so that once a user logs in, they remain logged in even after closing the app.

Main UI

If no listings exist, the home page should be blank.

App logo on the top left.

Buttons (dark mode, etc.) on the top right.

Below the buttons, a “Put an animal up for sale/adoption” button.

When clicked, a popup modal in the center opens where the seller can upload an image, enter the animal’s name, and details.

Clicking outside this modal closes it.

Users can click on an animal listing → scroll left for next listing, right for previous listing.

Payment & Escrow Automation

All payments (via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and UPI) go into an escrow account under my name.

The escrow is automated:

For the first 10 animals listed by a seller → when a sale happens, the automation divides the payment into 90% for the seller and 10% for us.

If a seller lists more than 10 animals, they must pay ₹5 per additional listing AND when they sell, the automation divides into 88% for the seller and 12% for us.

After every sale:

The buyer is emailed a transaction ID (the same as the bank’s transaction ID).

The app automation cross-checks that the transaction ID is valid.

If valid → confirms payment, then escrow splits funds accordingly (90/10 or 88/12).

If invalid but money was still deducted → automation emails the buyer a coupon code worth the same amount for their next purchase.

We keep the 10% or 12% as service fees. Taxes are the seller’s responsibility.

Animal Sale Rules

The app must comply with India’s animal trade protocols and bans.

If an animal is banned for sale (e.g., if dogs are banned in India), the seller cannot list it.

Monetization Rules

First 10 animals are free to list.

More than 10 → ₹5 per additional animal listed + 2% additional fee on sales.

Communication

Add a chat system (like Freelancer.com) so buyers and sellers can communicate within the app.

Clean, smooth, professional UI/UX with animations and grid layout.

Note: The escrow automation with the bank must be fully functional (connected both to the app and bank). The app must handle:

Payment splitting (10/90 or 12/88).
