• Product categorisation and quick filtering to help shoppers reach the right size, colour or collection in two clicks.
• Customer review module tied to each product.

• WhatsApp-only customer-service button that opens chat with a predefined greeting. Maybe a chat bot.
• Loyalty programme with discount codes and automated points tracking.
