"I need a complete fleet operating system built from the ground up and shipped with companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android. The core of the platform is vehicle tracking, but instead of constant live pings I want clean, reliable route-history logs that I can review trip-by-trip.

Fuel intelligence is the second pillar. The system must record every litre used, tie each refuelling event to the correct vehicle, and trigger an efficiency alert whenever mileage slips outside a set threshold. In short, I want to see consumption trends, purchase history, and automated warnings in one dashboard.

To keep the project clear, here are the concrete deliverables I expect:
• Native (or high-performance cross-platform) driver/manager apps for iOS and Android
• A secure back-office module that stores route history and all fuel data
• APIs or web services so I can later plug in maintenance or geofencing modules
• Admin-level settings to add vehicles, set alert thresholds, and export reports
