"I need a clean, lightweight mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android and keeps a real-time eye on where my logged-in employees are during work hours. As soon as an employee drags the in-app slider to ON, their GPS coordinates should start streaming to our existing REST endpoint so I can display them on the internal dashboard. Sliding back to OFF must cut the feed instantly and confirm that tracking has stopped.

Key points you’ll tackle
• Cross-platform build: a single codebase (Flutter, React Native, or similar) is preferred, as long as the final IPA and APK meet App Store and Play Store guidelines.
• Live location: accurate, low-latency updates even when the phone is locked, with sensible battery management.
• Privacy switch: the slider must be prominent on the main screen, reflect the current state in real time, and survive app restarts or network drops without losing accuracy.
• Secure API calls: bearer-token authentication to our HTTPS endpoint, plus graceful handling of time-outs or offline periods (queue and sync once connected).
• Simple UX: minimal onboarding—login, see last known status, slide to share, slide to stop.

Deliverables
