"Practe already lets learners join live group-discussion rooms to sharpen their spoken English; now I want a default bot which speaks out a one minute text that i write on my admin console. this way it will act as a welcome message and also engage the user who joins for a discussion. The task is to wire a natural-sounding female voice into the discussion screen on both the Android and iOS builds currently in Google Play and the App Store.

The spoken output should fire instantly when a user enters the room, pause gracefully when the mic is active, and resume without clipping other participants’ audio. Platform-specific audio-focus handling, respect for system volume controls, and caching for offline speed will keep the experience smooth.

Deliverables
• Integrate a female English voice using either the native TTS engines or a lightweight cloud SDK (your recommendation, mindful of latency and cost)
• Hook the playback trigger to selectable text elements inside the group-discussion UI only
• Handle focus, interruptions, and cleanup on activity/scene changes for both platforms
• Provide a single feature-flag so I can turn the voice on or off from a remote config file
• Supply concise documentation plus the key code files as pull requests into our existing Git repos and complete a test call with me on both app versions to confirm quality
