"GIVE WITH HAJI is the charitable heart of the HAJIQ ecosystem. Its mission is to fund and facilitate Hajj journeys for people who cannot afford them, using a mix of direct donations, commerce-linked sponsorship, and strategic partnerships.

The platform will be the official digital home of GIVE WITH HAJI — where donors can contribute securely, track the impact of their support, and read or watch the stories of recipients.

This is a high-priority build and will be developed in predetermined, milestone-based phases to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Role Objective
The selected freelancer will:
- Build the GIVE WITH HAJI platform from scratch in clearly defined phases.
- Deliver working, secure, and scalable features according to the agreed timeline.
- Integrate all necessary APIs (Stripe, HAJIMONEY, optional QULZI tie-ins).
- Maintain professionalism and alignment with the mission’s ethos of dignity, transparency, and ethical conduct.

Scope of Work
The platform will include:
- Donation system – One-time and recurring donations.
- Recipient application process – Secure form, file uploads, and admin review.
- Donor dashboard – Track donations, see sponsorship progress, receive updates.
- Admin control panel – Manage recipients, campaigns, donor communications, and reporting.
- Impact stories – Share approved recipient stories with photos/videos.
- Multilingual support – English + Arabic + Urdu (expandable in the future).
- Integration – Stripe (donations), HAJIMONEY (wallets/payouts), optional QULZI tie-ins.
- Security & Compliance – GDPR-compliant, SSL, data encryption, secure payments.

Phase Breakdown, Deliverables & Timelines
Phase 1 – Core Donation System (4 weeks)
- Stripe integration (live & test modes).
- Fully functional one-time donation flow.
- Admin panel basic setup for managing transactions.
- Secure hosting setup on AWS/DigitalOcean.
Deliverable: Live donation form accepting payments via Stripe.

Phase 2 – Recipient Management System (4 weeks)
- Recipient application form with document uploads.
- Admin workflow to approve/reject applications.
- Secure file storage with access control.
Deliverable: Full recipient intake & approval system.

Phase 3 – Donor Dashboard & Impact Tracking (4 weeks)
- Donor account creation/login.
- View donation history & sponsorship progress.
- Basic impact tracker.
Deliverable: Fully functional donor area.

Phase 4 – Campaign & Story Features (4 weeks)
- Public display of approved stories/photos/videos.
- Content moderation tools for admins.
- Optional embed integration with RIZQ TV.
Deliverable: Campaign/story pages with media support.

Phase 5 – Ecosystem Integration (4 weeks)
- Connect with HAJIMONEY wallet & payouts.
- Optional QULZI campaign tie-ins.
Deliverable: Functional ecosystem connections.

Phase 6 – Mobile App (Optional, separate contract)
- Android & iOS apps with donation & tracking features.

Technical Requirements
- Backend: Laravel/PHP or Node.js/Express.
- Frontend: React or Vue (responsive, mobile-first).
- Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Hosting: AWS or DigitalOcean.
- APIs: Stripe, HAJIMONEY.
- Security: SSL, data encryption, secure authentication.

Working Method
- Weekly progress reports (written with screenshots or short video demos).
- Bi-weekly live demos with Ashraf or project manager.
- Use of HAJIQ’s Notion project tracker.

Payment Structure
- Fixed price per phase – payment released after approval of each deliverable.
- Delays without valid reason = possible termination.
- No lump-sum payment before final phase delivery.

GIVE WITH HAJI and HajiMail are part of the same family within the HAJIQ ecosystem. HajiMail is the preferred and encouraged email system for all project-related communication. Upon onboarding, the selected freelancer will be expected to use a [login to view URL] address for official correspondence. This ensures security, branding consistency, and alignment with the mission’s ethos.

- Must respect the dignity-first mission of GIVE WITH HAJI.
- All code and materials belong to HAJIQ and cannot be reused or resold.
