"I need a modern, sleek web platform that lets our property-management team sit between owners and tenants without friction.

Core flow
• Owners sign in, list a property, and publish it to the catalogue. Each listing must capture photos, full description, expected rent, availability dates, owner contact, preferred tenant type (bachelor girls, bachelor boys, married, no preference), number of parking slots (car / two-wheeler), amenities in the society, and whether the unit is a flat, individual house, or villa.
• Tenants browse, search, or filter by location, rent range, property type, amenities, owner’s tenant preference, and availability dates. They can favourite items to a wish-list and click “I’m interested” to drop a message. Every message routes straight to our company inbox/dashboard for follow-up.
• A lightweight admin area should let us moderate listings, view leads, and export data.

Front-end must be fully responsive and load fast on mobile. I’m open to React, Vue, or a clean server-rendered stack—use whatever helps you deliver a polished UX and solid SEO. Back-end can be Laravel, Node, Django, or similar, as long as new properties are easy to add and data is secure.

Deliverables
1. Working website deployed to our hosting (or a demo server we can inspect).
2. Source code in Git with clear setup instructions.
3. Basic admin credentials for acceptance testing.
4. One brief hand-off call or document so my in-house team can take it from there.
