"I’m starting with a blank slate and need a full-cycle Android build that will bring my idea to life. The concept doesn’t slot neatly into “social”, “e-commerce”, or “utilities” categories, so I’ll walk you through the business logic once we connect. What I do know is exactly how the core must behave:

• Secure user authentication (email, phone or social sign-in)
• Real-time messaging between users
• Location-aware features that trigger actions or content based on where the user is

You’ll be responsible for designing the architecture, coding the entire app (Kotlin or Java—your call), integrating any required APIs or Firebase services, and handing over a clean, well-commented codebase together with a working APK.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Smooth sign-up / login flow with token management
2. Accurate, battery-efficient location tracking and geofencing
3. Instant messaging that delivers reliably even on spotty networks
4. Clear build/run instructions so I can compile the project locally in Android Studio
