"Mobile Application Development for Website/Desktop Application

Include full sync both ways between mobile App and web site [ both ways Synchronization]
Every Milestone release include report and finding that no bugs are shown on user and admin side for the app. No milestone schedule release until the submitter and the company paying for this development has seen no bugs on the desktop app per the milestone schedule.
The Mobile App will be synched with Back admin for deal Direct and the web site visitors area and full members area
Mobile App will include Mobile control admin as well[ only for the mobile app controls ]
Cost is $6000 and time to finish must be within 90 days of bid approval
App must be provided with full source code on each milestone before milestone release for all IOS versions and Android and after all bugs are fixed
The Applications must work on all and most recent IOS devices and Android devices/Smartphones
Project include basic design and full programming
The Mobile app will be programmed with latest and most advanced code techniques using clear code notes with full documentation on the source code! Each milestone the programming open code must be provided
The app must be fully work with code igniter and ALL features that are part of Deal Direct Web site Desktop application
Mobile app must work fast and be simple and functional
NDA must be signed
90 days max to finish this project with all features and functionality implemented and working and bug free


Milestones:


Milestone #1 :$1000 after design is complete and approved - 15 days from Bid Acceptance
Milestone #2 :$2000 after 50% of work is done as measured against web site/Desktop Application - 40 days from bid acceptance or 25 days from Milestone release #1
Milestone #3 :$3000 after full 100% of the project is done and approved and the Mobile app is fully 2 way sync with Website/Desktop App of deal Direct in both ways -35 days from Milestone release #2

including and IP agreement where all rights of code of this project belong to the submitter and the company who pays for this project development.
