"I need to outsource the whole interviewing cycle for senior-level Node.js developer candidates. Each session should be a live, one-hour technical deep dive that goes beyond stock questions; the discussion must probe whatever additional areas the candidate brings up (“other” focus) to reveal real-world mastery, code quality habits, and decision-making rationale.

Along with your strong Node.js expertise, please be comfortable steering the conversation into unfamiliar territory when that path yields better insight, rather than sticking rigidly to prepared prompts. Express, MongoDB, or React knowledge is welcome but not mandatory—the core requirement is confidence in advanced, production-grade Node.js.

Deliverables
• Interview agenda tailored to the résumé supplied 24 h before each call
• Video or voice call with the candidate ( 20 min)
• Written evaluation within 12 h covering strengths, weaknesses, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation, plus any red flags or standout positives

Acceptance Criteria
• Questions demonstrate depth (as confirmed by my quick review of your notes)
• Report provides actionable feedback I can share with the hiring panel
