"Project Overview

I want to launch a crowdfunding-style website similar to the Million Dollar Homepage, but modernized.
The site will feature a pixel board where users can buy squares, upload text, emojis, or small images, and their submissions must be approved by me (admin) before going live.

This will be used as a local business fundraising project (for a pub), so the system must be secure, mobile-friendly, and easy to moderate. (would be nice to have a english or similar style pub interior background, because this pixel wall will be recreated in real life afterwards)

After work is finished and paid for, I will own all code, full source code must be delivered.

Core Features

Pixel Grid
A board of 250 × 400 squares (100,000 total).
Each square represents a purchasable spot.
Users can select multiple squares and place content. (easy selection would be nice)

User Submission
Options: Text, emoji, small image, or logo.
Upload restrictions: JPG/PNG/GIF only, size limits (configurable).
Simple text editor for text/emoji.

Admin Moderation
All submissions must be approved in the admin dashboard before showing on the board.
Ability to edit, reject, or remove any content.

Payment Integration
Must support Paysera Checkout (Lithuanian banks, cards, Apple/Google Pay).
Optional fallback: Stripe or PayPal.
Secure payment flow, integrated into order process.

Security
Prevent malicious uploads (file sanitization, size/type checks).

Technical Requirements

Important Notes

Preference given to freelancers with previous pixel-board / advertising grid projects or proven secure payment integrations.
