"I need a Flutter-based social networking app that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The core of the product is classic social functionality—rich user profiles, friend or group management, and real-time messaging or chat—layered with a matching algorithm that helps users discover and connect with the right people automatically.

Monetisation will hinge on in-app payments, so I’ll need full integration with PayPal and UPI. Equally important, certain user actions trigger a real-world package delivery (think gifts or merchandise), so the build must connect seamlessly to third-party carriers such as Porter and Delhivery for rate look-ups, dispatch, and live tracking.

To keep this project moving efficiently, I’d like:
• A clean, well-commented Flutter code-base ready for both stores
• Secure payment flows that pass sandbox and live tests on PayPal and UPI
• The matching and grouping logic exposed in a separate, easily testable module
• API hooks for Porter and Delhivery that retrieve quotes, place orders, and pull tracking updates
• Basic admin screens for user moderation and transaction insight
