Project description:
"I’m building a complete, production-ready store management solution that consists of three interconnected parts:

• A customer-facing mobile app on iOS and Android where shoppers can browse the catalogue, place and pay for orders, then follow real-time status updates.
• A staff mobile app (iOS & Android as well) that lets team members view the orders assigned to them, update each stage of fulfilment, and generate/scan barcodes to keep everything in sync.
• A secure web-based admin panel that pulls the data from both apps so I can create or suspend user accounts, assign staff, adjust product details, and monitor day-to-day operations from a single dashboard.

I’ll provide wireframes, brand assets, and any third-party services we already hold licences for (payment gateway, SMS provider, etc.). You’ll architect the back-end, build the two mobile apps, develop the admin UI.
Deliverables
1. Source-controlled code for all three modules (mobile apps, admin panel, API).
2. Test builds sent via TestFlight / Google Play Console and a staging URL for the admin panel.
3. Production deployment, plus a brief handover document explaining environment variables, release steps and support contacts." (client-provided description)
