"Development of an AI-Powered Outbound Calling System with n8n, GPT & Zoho CRM

Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer/freelancer to build an AI-powered telephony system. The system will be orchestrated via n8n and should be capable of making outbound calls (inbound support later).

The goal: Automatically call leads stored in Zoho CRM, ask for missing or unclear information, update the database in real time, and handle conversation logic dynamically using GPT.

Important Requirements:

1. Technology Stack

* Workflow Orchestration: n8n (mandatory – transparency and flexibility).
* Telephony: open to provider (currently using Comdesk, but alternatives possible).
* CRM Integration: Zoho One / Zoho CRM.
* AI Logic: ChatGPT (latest version, ideally GPT-5 when available).

2. Core Functionalities

* Trigger starts directly from Zoho CRM (workflow or blueprint).
* Bot must perform outbound calls (inbound later).
* Bot must speak fluent German with natural voice quality (minimum level = ChatGPT Voice quality, no robotic/static voices).
* Bot reads existing CRM data and adapts conversation logic dynamically.
* Bot asks for missing details and updates Zoho CRM fields in real time.
* Bot can be trained and extended:

* via Google Sheets / Google Docs knowledge base (e.g. objection handling, conversation flows).
* Bot must be able to make decisions during the call (e.g. detect objections, branch conversation, trigger next actions).
* Bot must be able to trigger additional n8n workflows (e.g. price calculation, offer sending, follow-up).

3. Flexibility & Training

* We must be able to listen to calls for further training and quality assurance.
* Bot should continuously improve (by extending the prompt or adding new logic/rules in the Google Doc/Sheet).
* The overall system should be modular, dynamic, and flexible – easy to extend and adjust without rebuilding from scratch.

Desired Freelancer Profile:

* Experience with n8n automation workflows.
* Experience with telephony APIs/platforms (Comdesk, Twilio, or equivalent).
* Experience integrating with Zoho CRM.
* Strong knowledge of AI/LLM integration (ChatGPT, prompt engineering).
* Ability to design a scalable, flexible architecture.
* Expertise in real-time speech recognition & TTS (natural-sounding voices).
* Knowledge of GDPR-compliant data flows.
* Understanding of lead management and sales processes.
