"I’m building a web platform aimed at India’s growing demand for chauffeur-driven rentals. The site has to feel effortless for travellers while giving me a solid back-office to manage cars, drivers, and bookings.
Core experience
• A seamless online booking flow: pick-up & drop-off locations, date/time selectors, fare calculation, and instant confirmation.
• Secure credit & debit card checkout powered by a well-documented Indian payment gateway (Razorpay or similar).
• Individual driver profiles showing photo, brief bio, licence info, languages spoken, and trip count.
• Verified customer reviews and star ratings attached to each completed ride.
Back-office tools
• Dashboard to add or retire vehicles, assign drivers, alter pricing, and see booking analytics at a glance.
• Role-based access so staff can update availability without touching site settings.
Tech expectations
Responsive front end (React, Vue, or clean vanilla JS is fine) and a robust back end (Node/Express, Laravel, or Django—whichever stack you’re fastest with, as long as the code is clean and API-ready). My server is Linux with an SSL certificate ready, so deployment should include HTTPS and basic security hardening.
Deliverables
1. Source code in Git with meaningful commits.
2. Staging URL for testing, then live deployment.
3. Admin credentials and brief video walkthrough of key functions.
4. Two weeks post-launch support to squash any critical bugs.
