"I need a straightforward Android app that lets our wedding guests respond to their invitations quickly and lets me keep track of who’s coming—all without the clutter of menus for meals or song requests.

Core flow
• Guests open the app, enter the invite code or their name, tap “Attending” or “Not Attending,” and they’re done.
• The moment a guest submits, my fiancé(e) and I receive a push notification so we always have an up-to-date headcount.

Guest list management
Inside the admin view I want to:
– Add or import names (CSV is fine).
– See status totals (Attending / Not Attending / No Reply).
– Export the final list at any time.

Tech notes
Android only—written in Kotlin or Java, whatever you’re faster with. A clean Material-style UI is enough; branding colors and a cover photo can be hard-coded. No extra custom fields, meals, or music requests are required.

Deliverables
1. Compile-ready Android Studio project with source code.
2. Signed APK or AAB that I can upload to Google Play’s internal testing track.
3. Brief readme covering build steps and how to swap out the wedding title, date, and notification keys.

I’ll test by importing a sample CSV, sending a few RSVPs, and confirming I get the push notifications and exports correctly. If that passes, we’re done." (client-provided description)
