"I’m looking to launch a clean, intuitive mobile application that lets members to subscribe in gym halls, swimming pools, and outdoor sports fields. The core of the build is a robust fitness-progress track, offering discounted price, tracking user workouts, offering yoga, cross fit ..etc

Native performance on both iOS and Android is important; Flutter or React Native are perfectly fine if they help us meet the deadline. A lightweight web admin panel for staff to review aggregated data would be a welcome bonus but isn’t mandatory for this first release.

Because we open a new season soon, I’d like an install-ready MVP within a month. A streamlined scope and rapid, test-driven iterations are essential; please factor in at least one mid-sprint demo so we can adjust features before final hand-off.

Deliverables for this phase
• Mobile app (Android & iOS) with secure sign-up/login, user data
• Fitness-progress tracking module covering gym workouts, swim sessions and field activities
• Basic dashboard showing history, trends and personal records
• Source code, build instructions and short user guide
