"My local-only Node.js site suddenly refuses to load—nothing appears in the browser at all. No code, configuration, or dependency changes were made beforehand, and I haven’t even tried to start the server manually yet. I need you to step in, diagnose the root cause, get the server running again, and then stay on to handle routine administration and monitoring as the project evolves.

You’ll have full access to the project folder on my PC. I expect you to inspect logs, check environment variables and ports, rebuild node-modules if necessary, and resolve any hidden version or dependency conflicts. Once it’s back online, please document exactly what broke and how you fixed it so I can repeat the process if something similar happens.

After the immediate repair I’d like ongoing support: keeping dependencies current, applying security patches, running health checks, and generally watching over the application as we prepare for production deployment. Familiarity with common Node.js tooling—npm, yarn, pm2, nodemon, Git—will be helpful.

Deliverables
• A fully functioning, locally hosted Node.js app that loads without errors
