"Gathering Petition Signatures is the purpose of the website. That is, people will be directed to the site to electronically sign for a petition. I have attached two MS Excel files to explain the design of the site. It doesn't have to be exactly like my design, rather this is just to give you an idea what I want. Your job is to enhance my idea to develop a user friendly site where people easily sign electronically. There are software that are used to gather electronic signs and I don't know how does that work in a site. You may already know or may want to research and let me know.

Time is of the essence - (1) by Friday evening, August 22nd (US time), we will determine what to do regarding the site and how to develop it.
(2) You will start work immediately and provide me with a functional site by Wednesday evening, August 27th. Then, we will test and modify and enhance it according to our needs.
(3) We MUST finish the site by Saturday afternoon, August 30th.
(4) If the site is not fully functional and ready to be launched by Saturday evening, August 30th (the US time), contract will be voided. Thus, you will not be paid. Please, DO NOT place a bid if you can't follow the planned outline.
(5) The site will be launched and it will be presented to start collecting signatures on August 31st, 2025.
