Scope of Work
• Creator profiles: platforms, categories, reach metrics, portfolio, indicative rates
• Search & filters: category/platform/region
• Messaging & proposals: briefs, deliverables, compensation JSON, status workflow
• Attribution: tracking links and/or coupon codes, last-click logic, basic anti-abuse
• Payouts model: platform → creator via marketplace processor (data models + wiring; full onboarding if in scope)
• Brand dashboard: creator shortlists, performance (clicks, attributed conversions)
• Admin: verification status, content flags, dispute notes

Technical Requirements
• Multi-tenant separation (tenant-scoped data), RBAC (Brand/Creator/Admin)
• Security: rate limiting/anti-spam, audit trails, PII protection, signed webhooks
• Minimal analytics (attribution counts), export capabilities
• API + webhook docs; seed data for demo

Backend Framework
