"Our Android app records every incoming and outgoing call, encrypts the data locally, and streams the logs to our server through a private API. Google has already reviewed the latest build and returned detailed feedback flagging permissions / user-consent flow as well as broader content-and-functionality compliance. Rather than piecemeal fixes, I need the entire submission lifecycle handled—from code-level updates through to a fully approved listing in the Play Console.

That means revisiting the manifest and SDK versions, shaping a crystal-clear consent dialog, completing the Data Safety form, tightening the privacy policy, attaching the correct READ_CALL_LOG / READ_PHONE_STATE declarations, and restructuring any background service that could be construed as deceptive. Once the build is policy-clean, the task continues through uploading, signing, track management, and correspondence with Google until the green “Published” badge appears.

Deliverables
• Updated, policy-compliant APK / AAB and source diff
