"My production Android app needs immediate attention. In the next 10 hours I have to ship a stable build that:

• eliminates the current bugs (the app sometimes misbehaves, but logcat and a fresh set of eyes will reveal the exact causes)
• performs smoothly on recent Android devices, with start-up time, scrolling and memory use all tightened through proper profiling in Android Studio
• cleans up the navigation/menu layout so users can reach every screen intuitively, without extra taps or dead ends

A short change-log that explains what you touched and any recommendations for future stability will close the assignment.

If you’ve already rescued apps written in Kotlin or Java, know your way around ADB, the Android Profiler and layout inspectors, and can refactor UI flows quickly, this will feel straightforward. Please send links or APKs of two or three Android projects you’ve debugged or optimised, together with a brief outline of how you normally attack issues under a tight deadline.
