"I’ve built the scaffold of a Firebase project and now need a solid Node.js function that talks directly to ATTOM’s Property Details endpoint. The goal is simple: pass in a street address, handle ATTOM’s finicky formatting rules so we never see “Invalid Parameter Combination” again, and return a clean, predictable JSON object that contains only the property characteristics we care about.

What you’ll work with
• A Firebase Functions environment that’s already deployed
• My private ATTOM credentials
• A curated list of troublesome addresses for test-driven debugging

Core objectives
1. Connect to the Property Details REST endpoint, retrying or re-formatting when ATTOM balks at an address.
2. Extract the response into a slim JSON schema focused on property characteristics (no owner info or tax data).
3. Surface clear, actionable errors when ATTOM can’t match or the request itself is malformed.

Deliverable & acceptance
• One Firebase Cloud Function (JavaScript/TypeScript—your call) invoked via HTTPS that accepts { street, city, state, zip } and returns either { ok: true, data: {...} } or { ok: false, error: "…" }.
• Inline documentation plus a quick README so I can redeploy or extend the function without guesswork.
• Demonstrated success against every sample address in my list.
