• Supply all on-page copy so the site launches content-ready—concise, engaging text for each section written in a consistent brand voice.

The finished site should load quickly, display flawlessly on desktop and mobile, and be straightforward for me to update later (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS is fine—let me know your recommendation). Once everything is approved, hand over source files, style guide, and clear instructions for routine edits.
