"I need a complete cross-platform solution that lets riders and drivers connect for scheduled, intercity travel. The build covers four fronts:

• Rider mobile app – passengers browse, choose, and book; checkout must handle ride sharing and preset pooled routes, with phone-number OTP as the only login path.

• Driver mobile app – drivers receive, accept, and manage those same shared or pooled trips, updating status as they go.

• Web admin panel – I manage routes, schedules, fares, drivers, and see live system metrics from a browser.

• Secure backend – that owns authentication, trip logic, fare calculation, and real-time data services.

Core real-time features are mandatory: live GPS tracking from pickup to drop-off, in-app chat between matched riders and drivers, plus push notifications for every status change.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both apps must compile for iOS and Android from a single codebase.
2. OTP flow works end-to-end with Twilio, Firebase, or a comparable SMS gateway.
3. Booking flow shows available seats, cost per rider, and confirms instantly.
4. Location updates publish every few seconds and render smoothly on a map.
5. Admin panel edits a trip and the change appears in both apps without an app update.
6. Source code, build scripts, environment docs, and a short video walkthrough complete the hand-off.
