Our goal is to launch a fast, reliable, and engaging platform that eliminates the friction of traditional job searching. The PWA must be fully installable on a user's home screen, provide offline functionality, and leverage push notifications to keep users engaged with real-time alerts.

The MinuteWork PWA will be designed with two distinct user roles: Job Seekers and Employers.

For Job Seekers:

Real-Time Job Feed: A dynamic, location-aware job feed that instantly displays opportunities tailored to the user's profile and preferences.

One-Tap Apply: A simplified application system enabling users to apply for jobs with a single click, removing the need for repetitive forms and traditional cover letters.

Instant Notifications: Real-time push notifications for new job postings matching their criteria, interview invitations, and updates on their application status.

Integrated Chat: A secure in-app messaging feature to communicate directly with potential employers for follow-up questions or interview scheduling.

Offline Mode: The ability for users to browse previously loaded job listings and review their application history even without an active internet connection.

For Employers:

Effortless Job Posting: A clean and intuitive interface for posting new job opportunities in minutes, with fields for required skills, project location, and expected duration.

Smart Candidate Matching: An intelligent algorithm that instantly suggests the most qualified candidates based on their skills, experience, and availability.

Technical Requirements:
