"I need Stripe api to be integrated to a Lavaral website. [login to view URL]

1) A seller registers an account and register their bank account for payments to be received (we need this authenticated to ensure payments are not rejected)
2) When the seller list an item they select who will pay the stripe/PayPal charges – buyer absorbs or seller pays (charges added to cost) – the calculation for the charges are set in the admin panel
3) When a buyer buys an item and pay for this, they may select a shipping (Aramex or Postaplus) once they do the item + shipping charge is calculated on check out. - shipping api is already implimented
4) The buyer pays and the payment is split – item costs goes to the seller and shipping goes to the portal. The seller payment passes through an escrow wallet system.
a. The seller payment is released either i) the buyer receives the item and click all receive ok please release funds or
b. We have set in the admin x days after which the item costs is released if the item was delivered and the buyer not accepted.
5) At the end of the month or every transaction (we need to set in admin) an invoice of all activity is sent to the seller with all revenue, fees and charges (our commission), they have x days to accept the invoice payment is auto deducted from the seller credit card tokenized when they signed up an account. Or
a. If there is a dispute they reply or client a dispute icon and state the issue, then the admin can manually adjust and either send back to the seller for payment immediately or via the x days.
b. Admin can select manual charge as well from the back end to charge the card on file upon the sellers approval
6) If there is a dispute the buyer and seller work this out, if the buyer and seller cannot come to a resolution and this is escalated to the admin, and we find in favour of the seller we will charge the seller of the item cost and/or shipping plus an admin fee of x (all these are set in the bank end, item cost only, shipping, admin fee or any one or more.
7) If a buyer is paying cash and want the item shipped or the item is being returned, depending on who pays for the return before the shipping api is triggered a pop up come and either the buyer or seller enter their details and make the payment to the market place which the triggers the shipping api for a return to be done.

We will need reports and stats to monitor all the above.

Invoices are sent to the buyer on behalf of the seller for the item costs and shipping. The Item costs does not hit our bank or stripe account but held in escrow otherwise it is deem revenue and we have to pay Vat and taxes, this is only a pass on fee.
