"I’m ready to commission a bold, colorful real-estate platform that will launch in two clear phases.

PHASE 1 – PUBLIC SITE
The first milestone covers everything a visitor sees. You’ll build a property-listing hub with rich detail pages, an enquiry form, social links, WhatsApp chat, and a reels section where my team can upload short videos by category. A map view is essential: markers must highlight nearby metro stations, schools, hospitals, and colleges. I don’t have a fixed mapping provider yet, so please recommend the most cost-effective, white-label friendly API (Google Maps, Mapbox, Leaflet, or another option you trust).

PHASE 1 must also include an admin panel where I can add, edit, and remove properties as well as manage every reel and category.

PHASE 2 – USER AREA
Next, add registration, login, and a personal dashboard so signed-in users can bookmark or review properties they’re interested in.

DELIVERABLES
• Responsive, “bold & colorful” UI/UX that fits Skyros Estates branding
• Feature-complete Phase 1 site with working admin panel
• Phase 2 user authentication and dashboard
• Source code, deployment instructions, and brief admin guide
