"I’m launching an online platform devoted exclusively to contract-based IT opportunities across Canada and the United States. The heart of the site is a searchable job board that focuses solely on contract roles.

What I need built is straightforward:

• A front-end listings page that displays every contract role and paginates smoothly.
• Two fast, intuitive filters: one by technology/skill (e.g., Java, AWS, React) and another by experience level (junior, intermediate, senior).
• An admin dashboard where I can add, edit, or archive postings without touching code.

Full-time and internship categories are out of scope, so the navigation and database structure can stay lean. The design should be responsive for mobile and desktop, follow good accessibility practices, and load quickly for visitors across North America.

I’m flexible on the tech stack—Laravel, Django, Node, or a comparable modern framework is fine—provided the final deliverable is production-ready, deployed to my hosting account, and pushed to a private Git repository with clear documentation on how to:

• Publish new contract roles
• Update skills and experience-level tags
• Manage archived listings
