We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build an AI Voice + WhatsApp Agent for our towing service
The system should handle customer calls, WhatsApp communication, vendor coordination, and payment flow automatically.

Key Responsibilities

AI Voice Agent (Exotel, [login to view URL], or similar)

Integrated with OpenAI Realtime API for natural human-like calls.

Handles customer queries in English + regional languages.

Collects issue details (breakdown/accident/stuck).

WhatsApp Business Cloud API

Send live location request to customers.

Share payment QR codes/links.

Follow-up with customer confirmations & updates.

Backend System (Low-Code / No-Code Preferred)
Instead of a heavy custom backend, use one of these platforms:
