"I need a complete hotel booking application released on both iOS and Android stores in no more than four weeks. The single-most important capability is a smooth, fool-proof room-reservation flow—from calendar selection and real-time availability checks to instant confirmation.

You are free to choose the tech stack you’re most productive with (Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin with shared backend—whatever gets us to launch fastest), as long as the final builds run natively on the latest versions of both operating systems and pass App Store / Play Store review.

Here’s the experience I’m after: a guest opens the app, picks dates, browses rooms, and books in just a few taps. Payment processing, reviews, or loyalty points can wait for later iterations; for this milestone it’s all about the reservation workflow, basic search filters, a crisp UI that matches our brand colors, and a lightweight admin panel so hotel staff can update inventory in real time.
