I have a dedicated WordPress landing page that must feed new contacts straight into a separate list in Omnisend—completely isolated from my main-site database. After a visitor hits “submit” the form should simply display a success message on the same page; no redirects. Once the contact reaches Omnisend it needs to arrive pre-tagged with the landing-page source so I can segment campaigns right away.

The field set I’ll supply is custom (I did not pick any of the default Name-/Email-/Phone options), so you’ll map each field exactly as provided and be sure everything passes through the API without errors.

Deliverables
• Configure or custom-code the connection between the WordPress form and Omnisend
• Create the dedicated list in Omnisend and apply the source tag automatically
• Run live tests, share screen or recordings that prove contacts flow to the correct list with the right tag and the on-page success message behaves as expected
