"I have exactly $30 earmarked to turn a fresh idea into a production-ready web application backed by Oracle. The sum is tiny, the expectations are real, and I’m looking for somebody who enjoys proving how far skill and creativity can stretch a shoestring budget.

WHAT I’M AFTER
• A working web application, deployable as-is.
• Oracle must be the single source of truth—PL/SQL, APEX, ORDS, or any stack you’re comfortable with is fine so long as the data layer remains Oracle.
• The domain is open. I’m not chasing a boiler-plate e-commerce or social network; I simply want a purposeful, well-structured app that demonstrates solid architecture, secure data handling, and clean code.

DELIVERABLES
1. Complete source code in a repo I can access.
2. SQL/PL scripts to create the schema, seed sample data, and handle upgrades.
3. A concise README (or wiki) that lets me spin the solution up on my own Oracle instance, preferably via Docker or an APEX export.
4. A quick demo—screenshots or a short clip—showing the app running end-to-end.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
I will build the database, deploy the code, walk through a user flow, and verify no errors surface. If it works cleanly and the instructions are clear, we’re done.
