Project description:
"I need a complete recharge and BBPS platform that lets customers top-up mobiles, recharge DTH connections, and settle routine utility bills from one responsive web interface (and later, a companion Android app). The core flows—mobile recharge, DTH recharge, and bill payments—must plug straight into the standard BBPS APIs so transactions clear instantly and the customer dashboard reflects live status updates.

Beyond the basics, I also want to weave in an affiliate marketing layer. Each registered user should have a unique referral link, earn commission on successful recharges, and track earnings in real time. That means a robust user-management module with roles (admin, reseller, end user), KYC capture, and adjustable commission slabs.

Key functions to include
• Payment gateway: native UPI support first, plus cards and net-banking via a unified gateway SDK.
• Transaction history: every recharge or bill payment must log to a ledger with filter, export to CSV, and dispute-raise option.
• Analytics: simple charts for daily volume, revenue, and affiliate payouts.

Tech is up to you, but I’m leaning toward a Laravel or Node backend with JWT-based auth, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and a modern JS front end (React, Vue, or similar). I will supply BBPS credentials; you handle sandbox testing and switch us to production when ready.

Deliverables will be:
1. Source code (well-commented) in Git.
2. Deployed build on my VPS (Ubuntu).
3. API docs and a short user manual.
4. Two weeks of post-launch bug support.
