"I’m ready to freshen up the look and feel of my WordPress site and need a developer who is comfortable diving straight into layout work. The theme is already installed and the overall style suits me; what I’m missing is a cleaner, more purposeful arrangement of content blocks.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:
