The system is designed to handle large-scale data processing, with some attachments containing over 1,000 product records.

2. Objectives
* Automate the collection and processing of supplier product emails.
* Extract structured product and supplier data using third-party AI services, even from large files containing 1,000+ products.
* Store extracted data in a central database with timestamps for tracking.
* Record and retain timestamps of all emails received to track historical product price trends.
* Provide an admin dashboard to manage product listings, price history, and oversee client access.
* Enable clients to sign up/sign in to view updated product information and price trends.
* Facilitate bulk communication through automated email campaigns using the Brevo API.

3. System Workflow
* Supplier Input
Suppliers send product information and attachments via email to a designated inbox.
* Email Capture
System continuously monitors Marco’s inbox for new supplier emails.
Captures both the email metadata (including timestamp of receipt) and attachments.
* AI Processing
Email content and attachments are forwarded to a third-party AI service.
AI analyses and returns structured data (product name, details, price, supplier info, etc.).
The AI service is designed to handle attachments with 1,000+ products, ensuring scalability for bulk data.
* Database Storage
Parsed product and supplier information is stored in a central database.
