"Hi there,
I’m looking for an experienced and independent Medior/Senior Frontend Developer with a specialization in Vue 3 to build a new web portal.

The core of the project is to create a set of high-quality, reusable Vue components and connect them to a JSON API. A good sense of UX and custom design is crucial, as we will be building the styling from the ground up.

I am not looking for a quick fix, but rather to build a long-term professional relationship with a developer I can trust with future projects. I prefer a personal connection and believe clear, direct communication is key to success.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Build a web portal by developing reusable components in a Vue 3 application.
• Style all components with custom CSS/SASS. Please note: we are using a UI framework Bootstrap
• Connect the application to a JSON API. Experience with OpenAPI or Swagger specifications is a significant plus.
• Ensure the design is fully responsive and user-friendly. You should have a good eye for web design yourself.
• Work within our tech stack: Vue 3 (Composition API), NPM + Vite, with a Laravel backend.

Who I’m Looking For:
• An expert who truly understands the fundamentals of Vue 3, including the Composition API and building SPAs.
• A developer who can work independently and takes ownership of their work.
• Someone with strong experience in responsive design and creating layouts from scratch.
• Using AI tools is great, but solid, proven experience with Vue is non-negotiable.

Our Collaboration:
• My preference goes out to an independent developer, not an agency.
• I value building a personal bond and getting to know each other.
• I prefer to communicate primarily via WhatsApp for quick questions and updates.
