"I need a developer to create a clean, responsive website whose main function is to serve as a blog, but with videos as the star content. Every post will revolve around an embedded or self-hosted video, so the layout should place the player front and center while still giving me space for titles, brief descriptions, and tags.

A familiar CMS such as WordPress—or an equally straightforward alternative you recommend—will work best so I can upload new videos and manage categories without touching code. Speed, mobile optimisation, and an intuitive back-end are priorities; if you can integrate lightweight caching and lazy-loading for the video thumbnails, even better.
