Project description:
"We are building Esnad, a digital platform to streamline procurement and supply chain for the GCC construction sector.

We are looking for a CTO / Tech Lead to develop and deliver the MVP (mobile app + admin panel) on a project-based contract.
If successful, this role may continue as a full-time position with monthly salary.

Key Requirements:
• Design the system architecture and oversee full development cycle.
• Develop core MVP features: user authentication, supplier registration, quotations (RFQs), order management, and payment integration.
• Ensure robust and efficient data management.
• Deliver a high-quality, secure and scalable mobile app with admin dashboard.
• Provide documentation and handover for future development.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in MVP / startup app development.
• Strong background in: Node.js / Python, React / Vue, Flutter / React Native, AWS/GCP.
• Knowledge of API integrations (payment gateways, CRM/ERP, automation tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Engagement & Payment:
• Contract: Project-based (MVP
based payments).
• Option to continue as CTO (10,000– 13,000 SAR/QAR monthly salary) after MVP.
