Project description:
"Lightweight mobile app for both Android and iOS that works entirely offline. The core feature is a time-based system where users can create and store multiple reminder times when the app should automatically:
• play a bundled 11-second audio file (provided by me)
and
• display an 11 second gif (provided by me)

All assets must be packaged inside the build so no internet connection is ever required. In addition, the main screen will include an FAQ with three to four tappable links that open external websites in the device’s default browser.

The interface has to be clean, minimal, and free of advertising, while meeting every current guideline for both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Deliverables
• Full cross-platform source code (Flutter, React Native, or similar)
• Release-ready APK and iOS archive suitable for store submission
• Icons, screenshots, and any store-listing text required (Description provided by me)
• Build instructions

I’ll consider the project complete once I can:
1. install and test each build offline
2. set multiple alerts,
3. see the 11-second sound + predefined GIF trigger at the correct times,
4. tap the in-app links to open the intended external sites,
and
5. I receive approval from both stores." (client-provided description)
