"I have a fresh mobile-app concept that does not fall neatly into e-commerce, social networking, or educational categories, and I am ready to turn it into a polished product. The finished app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, so I am open to native Swift/Kotlin builds or a shared-code approach such as Flutter or React Native—whichever you are most confident will give a snappy, bug-free result.

Core requirements are straightforward but non-negotiable: secure user authentication, reliable push notifications, and a frictionless in-app purchase flow that meets Apple and Google compliance rules. Beyond these, I will share the full feature map and UX wireframes once we agree to work together, but you can expect a lean first release followed by iterations.
