"We are looking for an experienced development team or individual to build the first phase (MVP) of a cross-platform system, consisting of a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a complementary web platform. The main goal is to create a solid, scalable foundation for future advanced features, such as blockchain integration and token systems.

Phase 1 Scope & Requirements

1. User Registration & Authentication
• Secure sign-up/login (email/password in this phase).
• Support for three distinct types of users, each with specific roles, permissions, and access levels.
• Flexible design to allow future authentication methods (Google, Apple, social logins).

2. User Onboarding & Profiles
• Interactive onboarding/tutorial (story or carousel style).
• Basic user profiles with editable information, tailored to each user type.

3. Web Platform
• Simple web interface for registration and login.
• Designed to evolve into a control panel/dashboard for advanced features in future phases.

4. Backend & Database
• Cloud-based database (Firebase, AWS, or equivalent).
• Secure, structured, and scalable design.
• Proper handling of the three user types and their interactions.

5. Admin Panel
• Basic internal dashboard to view users, their types, and statistics.

6. UI/UX Design
• Clean, modern, intuitive interface for both mobile and web.
• Adaptive design to support future expansion.

7. Code & Documentation
• Clean code with modular structure and separation of concerns.
• Source code delivered in a Git repository.
• Clear documentation for architecture, setup, and future scalability.

8. Deliverables
• Fully functional mobile apps published in App Store and Google Play.
• Basic functional web platform (registration & login).
• Backend and cloud database deployed in production.
